Long before growing microgreens and eating fresh organic, locally sourced farm foods and healthy eating was a thing, Cal Microgreens was the very first grower and pioneer in microgreens production on the West Coast. (established as Yah-whooo Organic Garden) We began selling in grocery stores like Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, before branching out to large-scale food distribution companies and high-end restaurants, as part of a national expansion plan.
